Screeching halt

My work is currently on standby since the technicians reblasted my work PC. I have AS/400 training next week, so two weeks from now, I will expect a lot of hell to come my way.

So if anyone wants to book me two weeks from now, I don't know if I can be that flexible with time by then.

The best things in life are free

Ah, those weekly office meetings where managers and I (yes, technically, I am the only one who is not a manager in my team) discuss the recent spills and next week's action items. But yesterday, we had ours in Starbucks PSE with the main man treating us to anything there. I had free coffee jelly frappe :) *yey for coffee jelly!*

Speaking of coffee jelly, I'm planning to buy some from my friend Mia. Problem is, I don't know when I can drop by her dorm to get them. OR, when I manage to drop by, after reading those 18B stories in their room journal, something like this might happen...

In the vein of 18B stories:
Milo: (Texts) Mia, I'm ready to pick up the jelly.
Mia: (Texts) Ok, just go up here in 18B to get it.

*Milo arrives in front of 18B, knocks*
Milo: Mia? I'm here.
*Mia opens door*
Milo: OHMYHECK! *frantically covers eyes*
Mia: Sai! I told you to put some clothes back on!
Sai: Mia, has your *uckbuddy arrived?

I digress. Back to the free stuff.

After the meeting, when I got back from the office, there was a birthday celebration, and there was free drinks, pizza and pancit everywhere :) It seems like every other day, there is food for everyone. *Sweet*

I might get chubby from all of these glorious feasts! *NOOOOO!!*

Colorgenics

Colorgenics: The Art and Science of Life Enhancement

Mood Analysis Test Results:

You have always been on the move seeking affectionate, satisfying and harmonious relationships. Your ultimate goal has been the realization of an intimate union in which there could be love, self-sacrifice and mutual trust. It has often been said that 'True love is just around the corner' and - if you haven't found it as yet - you possibly soon will.

You like the better things in life. You are sensuous and emotional. You are a follower of the Arts and you seek an environment that will give you the fulfilment to the senses that you need.

In spite of all the opposition, you are insisting that your goals are realistic but circumstances are forcing you to compromise. You are not very happy with this situation but there is little that you can do about it. You have very strict standards which you try to apply to everyone who enters your sphere of influence.

Your ability to withstand the pressures of everyday life have been overtaxed and this is leading to stress and frustrations. It would seem that for the time being you have lost the resilience and strength of will necessary to contend with existing difficulties. You feel that it is all 'too much' and, try as you may, you are getting nowhere. But to give you credit, you continue to stand your ground and pursue your objectives with a fierce intensity. Naturally this situation is subjecting you to intolerable stress and pressure from which you would dearly like to escape, but you can not bring yourself to make the necessary decision. As a result you remain firmly involved in the problem and you can neither view it objectively nor get rid of it - you cannot leave it alone and you feel that you will only be at peace when you have reached your objective.

You have so many ideas that you would like to revitalize but you need to realize a stable and peaceful condition to do so. Once you can free yourself from all the aggravation and tension around you, you will make strides that may amaze you. You will not be prevented from achieving all the things you so desire.

---

So does this sound like me?

Two Extremes

Yesterday, 6:40 a.m., I managed to ride in the fourth MRT that came by the Cubao station. It was jam-packed that no one was virtually moving despite the jerky slow down-speed up movements of the train. I arrived in Ayala Station in around 30 minutes later.

Today, 6:30 a.m, I managed to ride in the first MRT that came by the Cubao station. It was practically empty that no one was standing inside the train throughout the journey despite the number of stations in between Cubao and Ayala. I arrived in Ayala Station in around 15 minutes.

Now if you believe a few minutes do not make any difference at all, think again. Within those few minutes, you could've changed someone's life for the better. Think of this as an opportunity to do something productive for the future or to make someone else's life worth living. It takes only a few minutes to send a text message to someone to make them smile.

Ten minutes might not be much, but it is still ten minutes of the same twenty-four hours we all have each day. Use time wisely.

Time cannot be extended nor shortened.

*unless you have the power to conjure up and say "Time Space Warp, Ngayon Din!"

[nasira bigla yung moral lesson for the day] hehe.

When doves cry

Dear God,

Thank you for bringing a new chapter of love to one of my best friends and first love, Bea. Seeing her happy in her new relationship makes me happy as well, and I wish them the very best. Her boyfriend is absolutely receiving one of the most beautiful and talented people you have created in the Earth.

When you planned to place her in the Creative Writing family, she had little self-confidence, somewhat shy and a loner, had some strange habits like leaving balls of tissue paper behind and was sickly. I was only one of a few friends she had in Ateneo that time. I supported her along the way, lifting her up whenever she was down, literally and figuratively, encouraged her to be the best she can be, and did my best to make her happy. I even loved her fully.

Throughout the time that we were together, I saw her grow up to the person she is now, a lady beaming with confidence. She now lives a healthy lifestyle. She is now surrounded by friends and loved by everyone.

But how come I sometimes feel that I came up short at the end of this plan? We never had any major disagreements in the past that up to this day and age, I still do not know the reason why she broke up with me. During the third and fourth year in college, she became closer to those people who backstab me when I'm not around, saying all those slanderous things about me. I'm happy that she became closer to the block, and enjoyed their company. However, I felt that slowly, my best friend and loved one was slipping away. I could feel the rift slowly getting wider as days went by. I could not understand this, especially since we did not have a bad break-up.

We promised each other back then that we'd keep in touch, and tell one another if one of us found a new partner in life. We even planned that if ever, we'd attend each one's wedding. Right now, I am still single and looking, just to set the facts straight.

But now, I think she has forgotten those little things and isis living a very grandeur life without me in the picture. Probably, that's the reason why she took down her online journal after I wrote down a few comments of "how are yous" and "take cares".

Was I just a stepping stone, a transitional phase in your plan for Bea? If it is, then I'm gladly here to serve and follow your plan. I'm happy that I've met her in my life, and probably assisted her to become a better person.

She will always be my sweetie no matter what, even if she forgets about me in the future. I wish her the best, and take care of her for me, Lord.

* and i believe i have never written a blog entry before with tears in my eyes

This is the last of illusions for this chapter. I am standing in the cold after everything has been said and done. However, here I am once again, ready to accept anything you have planned for me.

It's the dawn of a new day. Make me strong.

This is becoming a habit

My body expected a long weekend, and what does it do? It gets a very bad case of the sniffles that put yours truly nearly out of commission the entire Sunday. It's similar to those days back in Ateneo where I got sick whenever the sembreaks, christmas breaks and any other break from school came by.

I'll be fine by tomorrow, hopefully.

Writer drained by work

I can't think of anything to write right now. I'm just so tired that I just want to plop down on my bed and start travelling to slumber land.

Just to add a filler to this entry, here is one of the songs that keep running in my mind nowadays. Yes, it's another song, an old one at that, aside from Marion Raven's "End of Me", Yasmien Kurdi's "I Know", Kelly Clarkson's "Behind these Hazel Eyes" and the Phantom of the Opera soundtrack.

It's the song that would not be famous if there was no saxophone!

The One You Love
Glenn Frey

I know you need a friend, someone you can talk to
Who will understand what you're going through
When it comes to love, there's no easy answer
Only you can say what you're gonna do
I heard you on the phone, you took his number,
Said you were alone but you called him "Sue"
Isn't he the guy, the guy who left you cryin'?
Isn't he the one who made you blue?

When you remember those nights in his arms,
You know you gotta make up your mind
Are you gonna stay with the one who loves you
Or are you goin' back to the one you love?

Someone's gonna cry when they know they've lost you
Someone's gonna thank the stars above
What you gonna say when he comes over?
There's no easy way to see this through
All the broken dreams, all the disappointments
Oh girl, what you gonna do?
Your heart keeps sayin', "It's just not fair"
But still you gotta make up your mind

Minutes of the Day

This FREE strawberry and choco chip brownie ice cream slithers down my throat like high-class wine.

Learning the ropes is difficult when I can only see it and try to imagine its functions. I wonder when I will be allowed to at least touch one rope and feel my way around.

DBSi is Dealer Business System Integrated. Sure, you know its function and some of the nitty-gritties about it, but you forgot what the letters meant? Milo, don't you ever forget that despite all the components that come with it!

Tomorrow will be my debut. Like the formal presentation of a young woman to the society, I will be presented to the different heads of the teams in the project. I will be officially made available to all. I just hope that no one will try and take advantage of me. :)

Happy Birthday Oneal! (sans Oneal)

His birthday was yesterday. He called in sick. Today, he still called in sick. The cubicle buddies got tired of waiting for him, so they threw a birthday pizza party in his honor. Timing kasi magkasakit. Tinamaan ng "Harry Potter" sickness. Iyon, no pizza for you.:)

Your heart says

Nais kong malaman
Bakit ngayon ka lang dumating

Strange

While riding the MRT this morning, my heart suddenly yearned to love once again as if it was a baby longing for its mother's milk after waking up from a long slumber.

Guess this hopeless romantic still has a little hope left.

The Upcoming Media Feast

Makati was silenced.

An announced invasion of the Anti-Arroyo forces has turned the playground of businessmen and young professionals, into a wasteland wrapped by the emotions of the survivors in the aftermath of war. Footsteps of employees and travellers seemingly boomed on the cemented streets like cannons, echoing the pounding heartbeats within each individual. Conversations, a gift of life given to human beings, was buried underneath the cloud of anxiety that blanketed the area.

Everything was seemingly stuck in a black hole of time. The slight gale that usually blew across the city deserted the area. Even the sun seemed hesistant to shine brightly to signify a good day.

Ayala Avenue was closed early. Vans blocked the intersection of Ayala and Paseo in a grande round table for the media to feast on. Media crews inside their vehicles slowly roamed around the deserted main road like vultures eagerly awaiting this feast of rotten flesh. Participant groups were slowly piling up on the sidestreets, each giving away flyers like RSVP invitations in hopes to entice others to join the largest banquet since EDSA 2.

Large red and white cloth banners bearing messages calling for GMA's resignation were being draped around the main venue of the rally in hopes that these could serve as the "flags" to drape over the coffin of GMA's presidential term.

Many schools around Manila were closed due to this rally. Buses, cars and jeepneys couldn't arrive through their usual routes and caused heavy traffic in the alternative paths. Many employees came in late to work today due to the longer, alternate routes or unusually full public transportation. This rally will have a negative effect on the country's education, economy and many other factors.

However, a reported half a million people will still partake in this feast to oust the current president. They view this event as a necessary poison in order to force GMA to resign from her position and return the Philippines into the correct track of progress.

-----

Yeah, right. They would not even reach 40,000. I feel sorry for the businesspeople, the bus and jeepney drivers affected by this rally. I feel even sorrier for the metro aides who will clean all the rubbish the rallyists would leave behind.

They all came here for one reason, to remove Gloria from her position. However, they don't have a common say on how they wish to do it or what actions will they do next when they reach their goal.

Some say resign, some say oust, some say impeach, and some believe that these three words mean the same thing.

Some say Gloria should step down and let Noli take over. Others want them to all resign. Some even proposed to let Erap back into the position. Some even wanted to take over the positions due to the 1986 Freedom Constitution (WHATTT??? And we already have the 1987 constitution, mind you.)

Some will join the rally because of the cause. Others because they have nothing to do. Others will want the TV exposure or camaraderie. Others just want to skip school or work. And others just simply want to grab all the freebies and money they can get.

Hope I can make it...

I'm supposed to know quite a substantial amount of EAI, DBSi, and CrossWorlds come Friday. If you do not understand those acronyms, well, neither do I. Well, here's a toast to my venture towards the unknown!

And I got to finish my sister's senior's page. Hopefully, I can get home early enough to complete the task without trading in my sleep. It's only Tuesday, and I feel very lethargic already.

A Very Interesting Read

A little something I received in my e-mail. Since the entire nation is in a state of chaos, I believe that this message (sans the curse words) from a common Filipino is very appropriate in our current situation.

The owner of this blog does not share the opinions expressed by the letter below, and is not be liable for any libellous statements written by its author.

Walang kwenta ang Pilipinas
By: jawbreaker.
tax...ever!)

Hindi ko na mapigilan ang sarili ko. Sukang-suka na ko sa mga nangyayari
sa bansang 'to!

Walang katapusang corruption, walang kamatayang pangbabatikos,

Kasi
lahat sila bulok, lahat sila walang kwenta. Lahat sila sugapa sa
kapangyarihan at sa pera.

ANAK NG TETENG! !$#%Q!&!* @!!!!!

KAHIT KRISTIYANO AKO, HINDI KO MAPIGILANG MAGMURA AT HILINGIN SA DIYOS
(MINSAN NGA PATI SA DEMONYO) NA MAMATAY NA SILANG LAHAT AT I-BBQ SILA NG
HABANG-BUHAY SA IMPIERNO.

SINONG "SILA"?

masa! Mahalin ang masa!

PUNYETA! MASA LANG BA ANG TAO SA PILIPINAS?

SINO BA TALAGA ANG BUMUBUHAY SA PUNYETANG BANSANG TO?

SAAN BA GALING ANG PANGPAGAWA NG MGA TULAY AT KALYE? SAAN BA GALING ANG
PORK BARREL? SAAN BA GALING ANG PERANG KINUKURAKOT NYO?

KAMI NA MGA MANGGAGAWA AT MIDDLE CLASS NA BAGO PA MAKUHA ANG SWELDO
BAWAS NA
- KAMI ANG BUMUBUHAY SA WALANG KWENTANG BANSA NA 'TO!!!!!!!!!

BAKIT YANG BANG MGA MASANG YAN NA LAGI NA LANG SENTRO NG PLATAPORMA NG
MGA PULITIKO EH NAGBABAYAD BA NG TAX???!!!!

F**K YOU!

SUV's at

PAPARAMIHAN NYO PA LAHI NYO!

lugar - SOLVE!

ano-ano pang ideological political groups.

PUNYETA! EH HINDI RIN KAYO NAGBABAYAD NG TAX! ANG KAKAPAL RIN NG MGA
MUKHA NYO!

MGA IPOKRITO! MAHAL DAW ANG PILIPINAS AYAW NAMAN MAGBAYAD NG BUWIS!

BAKIT MAY BIR COLLECTOR BA SA GITNA NG MENDIOLA AT EDSA?! MAY TAX
COLLECTION BA SA BUNDOK?!

WALA DIN NAMAN KAYONG MGA TRABAHO! KUNG MAY TRABAHO TALAGA KAYO, HINDI
KAYO MAG-RA-RALLY DAHIL SAYANG ANG SWELDO NYO PAG ABSENT KAYO!

PAANO NYO MAIPAPAKITA ANG PAGMAMAHAL NYO SA PILIPINAS KUNG WALA NA
KAYONG GAWANG MATINO KUNDI MAG-RALLY AT MAMUNDOK??!!!

ISA PA YANG MGA MAYAYAMAN AT MGA ARTISTA, NA NANGDADAYA AT HINDI
NAGBABAYAD NG BUWIS. ANG KAKAPAL NG MUKHA NYO! ANG DAMI NYO NA NGANG
PERA NANGDADAYA PA KAYO SA TAX!!!! HINDI NYO NAMAN MADADALA SA IMPIERNO
YANG MGA KAYAMAN NYO. MASUSUNOG LANG DUN YAN.

KAYA LALONG BUMABAGSAK ANG NEGOSYO DITO SA PILIPINAS, KASI MGA
NEGOSYANTE MANDARAYA. PATI SHOWBIZ INDUSTRY, BAGSAK NA DIN. KARMA ANG
TAWAG DYAN. MGA BALASUBAS KASI.

Sana magkaron ng POLITICAL AND NATIONAL CLEANSING.

organizations at grupo.

new Pinas hehe. I love you Zechs! I love you Treize!)

Pilit
kong pinagtatanggol kahit bulok. Nakarating na ko ng ibang bansa, pero
pinili kong bumalik. Pero ngayon, ayoko na. Suko na ko. Sayang lang ako
sa bansang to. Simple lang naman ang hiling ko. Gusto ko lang mabuhay ng
tahimik at maayos.
Pilipinas. Pero wala eh. Doomed to be jologs ang bansang to.

Good luck and
God bless! Sana tama kayo at mali ako.

Back to the Drawing Board

I'm currently making a senior's page for my graduating sister this year. I have before Wednesday to finish it. Since they allowed up to 700 kb this year, I'm trying to be ambitious with this creation. I still just wish that they could allow sound for these senior pages.

A preview of my creation

In case you didn't know, this flash senior page I'm creating is inspired by Studio 23's "Barkada Trip". I'm making progress in the animation department, albeit crude like South Park. I hope I pull it off before the deadline despite the fact that I'm already working. Yes, everything is computer-drawn.

I just want to see people's reactions when they view my sister's page in Aegis in the future.

The Keys to my Heart

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to obedience and warmth.

In love, you feel the most alive when your lover is creative and never lets you feel bored.

You'd like to your lover to think you are stylish and alluring.

You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please.

Your ideal relationship is lasting. You want a relationship that looks to the future... one you can grow with.

Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.

You think of marriage something you've always wanted... though you haven't really thought about it.

In this moment, you think of love as commitment. Love only works when both people are totally devoted.

Digging Skeletons

I am not impressed.

With this whole scandal regarding the Gloria-gate (since when did gate become a suffix now?), I cannot believe that they are regarding this recorded chopsuey of audio as a very strong piece of evidence. With all the power technology brings us, even a ten-year-old boy can produce a fake "wiretapped" conversation.

Even if the CD contains the truth, one can also point out the large gaps in between the conversations. For example, there was a supposed conversation on the 26th of May 2004 at 9:11 am between who they suspect as "Gary" and "Commissioner." Afterwards, the next conversation over that tapped phone was on 11:04? You mean to tell me that there was no calls on that phone for almost 2 hours? Another conversation was on May 26, 15:16. The next one happened at 19:50. What did they do in between those hours, have a siesta?

I do not even believe that the original, mother-of-all tape contains only three hours of conversations. What they have here is an edited masterpiece aimed to destroy the credibility of President Gloria.

They don't even know where these CDs come from. Even Tatad, who was pointed to be the source, tells everyone that it was sent to him. The opposition is playing a hands-off policy when it comes into involvement in this issue.

There was a pretty interesting conversation between a man and a woman, supposedly Gary and GMA on the tapes. Here is the transcribed conversation:

----------------------------------------------
Conversation between a man and a woman on 28 22:13 May 2004
Gary: Hello, good evening ma’am.
GMA: Hello, si the FPJ camp raw will file a case against the Board of Canvassers of ano, dun sa
Marawi and the Military?
Gary: Ano, ma’am?
GMA: The FPJ camp raw will file a case against the Board of Canvassers and the military in
Marawi.
I do not know why they will file.
GMA: Oo, oo.
Gary: Sa kanila si Judane ma’am. In fact I have to work with Gen. Esteron and Gen. Qiamco at that time,
pinalitan nga niya si Judane for a while.
14
GMA: Oo, meron silang pinakidnap ... (line cut)

It's a very interesting time for the line to be suddenly cut.

These and other discrepancies in the main but illegal evidence in this case brings me to think that both sides did somehow manipulate votes, tallies, ballots, and whatever they can use to place the advantage on their side. Probably, both sides were so good at it that they technically cancelled each other out, or at least 90% and finally showing that GMA won by a slim 1M margin.

But, no matter what happens, unfortunately, the country will lose whoever emerges victorious in this case. It's not just the candidates themselves, but also the citizens. As long as they don't stop complaining and thinking about what's best for themselves, even if you put the most holy and righteous man in the presidential seat, nothing will satisfy their hunger for nationwide improvement.

Come to think of it, even Jesus got crucified at the hands of selfish men. What more a mere mortal?

Running a little late

Just as I was about to go home, my boss came over my cubicle and asked me to do something. Although it meant that I would have to stay overtime, I gladly accepted to do the task. After all, it was my first actual work here for this project.

Now, I've finished what he has asked me to do. However, he is missing, and I'm just just waiting for him to come back from wherever he went.

My officemates eating lunch.

Ang saya-saya nila. Nakakaingit! :) Hindi ko kasi ka-batch, kaya ito. Pero fun sila. Very helpful.

You're Fired!

Update! --- Another 9 have been fired ---

Bubba Ray Dudley
D-Von Dudley
Joy Giovanni
Kenzo Suzuki
Matt Morgan
Charlie Haas
Jackie Gayda
Marty Jannetty
Dawn Marie

This move officially kills the tag team division of the Smackdown! brand. And Kenzo... :( Although no word has been said about Hiroko, which is strange.

Eight wrestlers, so far, have been released by the WWE.

Mark Jindrak
Maven
Shannon Moore
James Yun (Akio)
David Heath (Gangrel)
Billy Kidman
Spike Dudley
Kevin Fertig (Mordecai)

What's interesting to note is that almost all of these wrestlers are from the Smackdown! brand. Another interesting side note is the fact that WWE wants to resurrect the slowly dying Cruiserweight division. They brought in three very good cruiserweights in Psychosis, Juventud Guerrera and Super Crazy.

However, they fire four cruiserweights from the Smackdown roster. Akio isn't a bad wrestler. Shannon Moore is wrongly used. Billy Kidman is one of the main contenders for the title. Spike isn't just used.

I feel that they are slowly going to kill off the cruiserweight championship just like what they did to the women's title when they fired all the women wrestlers. I couldn't call Trish, Victoria or even Lita actual wrestlers when there are the likes of Gail Kim, Molly Holly, Shannon Spruill and even some of the women in WOW, Women of Wrestling, around.

MRT hit by accident

Unverified reports and hearsays claim that an accident happened in the Guadalupe station at 4:30 a.m today. According to these stories, a security guard supposedly got ran over by a train while on duty.
Passengers coming from the south were warned ahead of time via the public address system that the trains will only stop at the Shaw Boulevard station. However, no official explanation was given causing a slight confusion among the passengers inside the MRT. This also caused a slight increase in traffic in the said area.
Milo Angtuaco, a passenger aboard one of the MRTs, claimed that although the announcement was made regarding the last station of the day, the voice coming from the PA system was unclear. He said that the only words he could make out of the garbled message were, "Shaw Boulevard Station."
Passengers were forced to go down an unfamiliar path and find a way to get to their actual destination. Angtuaco felt relieved that he was able to find a bus to Ayala especially during the morning rush hour. Yet, at the same time, he was a bit frustrated that the real situation was kept under wraps.
"Akala ko nga may sabotage na nangyari lalo na dahil sa mga sunod-sunod na protestang nangyayari sa bansa ngayon. (I thought there was a sabotage that happened especially since there are protests happening left and right in our country today)" Angtuaco said.

I got my key to my overhead bin already. Now I can really make this cubicle my own.

Welcome MSE!

I have this wonderful professional-looking carrel here with an overhead storage bin, and desk light. Saya! And P4 pa computer ko ngayon. One of my managers sits behind me. Fun... really.

Me in MSE

Looks like I'll be staying here in this project for at most 7 years... unless of course I opt to leave the company after 2 years. Time will tell.

But so far, I'm enjoying Accenture. :) So no worries mates.

The island

A: Hello? Anyone there?

*dead silence*

A: Where is everyone?

*crickets chirping*

A: Oh my heck, I've been separated from my bench friends.

B: So you've noticed.

A: Why did you put me here? I thought you wanted me to enjoy.

B: Everything has a purpose, even if it means leaving your friends behind.

A: Why did you place them all in the 5th? Why am I in the 6th?

B: Don't ask me, figure it out for yourself. Besides, I did not do the floor plan of the building or the seating arrangements.

A: I'm dying of "out of place" here. And I'm surrounded by people of higher ranking positions.

B: I put you in this island for a reason. This is a place full of life. Only you are the one turning it into a deserted island.

A: First day on the job, you give me a very difficult task. You know very well that when you look up the word shy in the dictionary, you see my name under it.

B: Is that my problem?

A: I'm so lost. My only company here is my computer, and the displaced thoughts of my YM buddies.

B: Then find your way.

A: You're just going to leave me high and dry here, aren't you?

B: Of course. After all, you turned it into a deserted island. Might as well make it a real one.

Conversations

A: Hey, mortal.

B: Yes, boss?

A: It's now time to shed your young Cubao boy days.

B: Where am I going?

A: I'm returning you to the land of financial gain, Makati.

B: But I love it here in bench. Love ko bench. Bench forever. All my friends are here.

A: I'm already taking all of your friends there one by one. I already took 4 today. I'm taking 8 next Monday, and that includes you.

B: But why?

A: It's the opportunity of a lifetime. You're lucky. You'll be taking the last open position in this department. You'll get to talk to international businessmen now.

B: You mean like Earl Strickland?

A: Well, if Earl is our client, then he will be. Besides, I know deep inside you want to return to Makati.

B: C'mon, it's harder for me to commute when I'm in Makati. I have to take several rides just to get home.

A: That's just a superficial reason.

B: No, it's not. Who wants to get stuck in a traffic jam everyday?

A: But this puts you on the same city map as you-know-who.

B: *speechless*

A: I always know what's best for you. Just go with the plan and never question my authority again.

B: Well, is that the real reason why you're sending me there? To have chances to meet her again?

A: Of course not. I never deal with matters of love. Too messy. I tried to spread it, and it got me killed back then. I gave you free will, use it.

B: But won't free will ruin your great plan?

A: My plan is for you to be happy. You won't do things that will make you uncomfortable in any sort of way. Unless of course, you love hurting yourself.

B: But didn't love hurt me before? Isn't love a good thing?

A: Love didn't hurt you before. You hurt yourself.
